 Mind and Body Walking are passionate about the ability of outdoor coaching and wellness walks to unlock your potential and improve your wellbeing. 

Our coaching and wellness walking programmes work faster and are more effective than comparable indoor activities. 

We love working with corporations and individuals on programmes to maximise their potential, improve creativity, reduce stress and improve wellness through walking and nature connectivity.

 

Walking is fantastic exercise – great for improving physical fitness and your mental health. Walking strengthens your bones and reduces your risk of heart attacks, Type 2 Diabetes and some cancers. We love walking and our team would love to share their passion for nature and the outdoors with you!

Mind and Body Walking also runs specialist Forest Bathing Sessions and Navigation Courses. These give you the skills to manage your time in the countryside independently!
