Outdoor coaching and walking

The team at Mind and Body Walking uses outdoor coaching and walking to unlock the potential of businesses and individuals.

We are experts at individual and group programs which manage stress and help prevent burnout.

Our coaching and walking programmes work faster and are more effective than comparable indoor activities.

We love working with corporations and individuals on programmes to maximise their potential, improve creativity, reduce stress and improve wellness through walking and nature connectivity.

Walking is fantastic exercise – great for improving physical fitness and your mental health. Walking strengthens your bones and reduces your risk of heart attacks, Type 2 Diabetes and some cancers. We love walking and our team would love to share their passion for nature and the outdoors with you!

We have a special interest and qualifications in stress management and burnout prevention.

Mind and Body Walking also runs specialist Forest Bathing Sessions and Navigation Courses. These give you the skills to manage your time in the countryside independently!

A day of peace, tranquility and nature connections

Life can often feel noisy, overwhelming, and fast.

On 26 October, Dr David Fong and I are creating a day of peace and tranquillity in the wonderful Padley Gorge area of the Peak District designed to help you to:

🍂 step out of the rush and recharge in woodland calm
🍂 learn simple mindfulness practices you can take into everyday life to manage stress and overwhelm
🍂 feel grounded, clearer, and more present

The day is designed for those who work with others such as leaders, managers, coaches, outdoor leaders, or health practitioners. You will also discover some practical, science-backed ways to weave nature connection into your work, enriching how you support people.

David and I will bring a blend of outdoor coaching, eco-psychology, leadership theory and mindful practice to create a restorative, insightful day.
